Perform Ibadah Qurban with MyFundAction

IBADAH QURBAN IS DEMANDED TO BE PERFORMED

From ‘Aisha RA narrated that the Prophet SAW said,

“The son of Adam does not do a deed on the day of Nahr (‘Eid al-Adha) which is more loved by Allah than flowing blood (qurban), so you should feel happy about it.”

(Sahih Hadith, History of Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah and Al-Hakim)

Qurban Care for Ummah, QC4U is a project implemented by MyFundAction to distribute qurban meat to Muslims in need (asnaf) in Malaysia and abroad.

This distribution is also focused on Muslims affected by the effects of natural disasters and countries involved in wars as an early source of food.

This is because the affected areas cause difficulties in providing cooking utensils and other raw resources.

Throughout our experience participating in humanitarian missions, it has given us awareness and understanding of the situations experienced by disaster victims in obtaining clean and healthy food.

What is even more heartbreaking for us when children eat contaminated food simply wants to continue to survive while facing the test.

WHY MUSLIMS PERFORM IBADAH QURBAN?

The story of Qurbani is a remarkable illustration of unwavering love and loyalty. In every way, it speaks volumes about faith and loyalty to the Almighty. It is a symbol of Prophet Ibrahim’s (AS) and Ismail’s unwavering devotion to their religion and Creator.

While Qurban is not a compulsory religious duty, it is highly encouraged for those who can afford it. For those who can afford, this may be a small effort. Yet for those who are going through difficulties, this is a great news!

May this joint effort of ours gain the pleasure of Allah and may provide relief for those in need.
