Edu Voluntourism Project In Sabah
The Edu-Voluntourism is focusing on education for less fortunate kids and teens residing in Sabah. The idea for this project came from an active volunteer, UTM student, who saw an issue with Sabah illiteracy among children in Sabah.
Along with the involvement of 40 UTM students including volunteers from MyFundAction. This program will be held for 6 days which teaches fundamental skills (reading, counting, and writing) to children, as well as organizes social activities for the community.
In addition, we provide the families with essential items like cooking oil, rice, flour, and a variety of other items as part of the “Edu-Voluntourism” project. This project hopes to increase literacy rates among children in Sabah and serve as a platform for them to excel and achieve their dreams
