Nurashikin Binti Yusof (39) falls into a life hazard after being diagnosed with acute leukemia.

9 months ago Shikin suffered severe headaches, constant vomiting, and mouth ulcers.
After she did a medical checkup, doctors explained that the blood test report stated that Shikin’s white blood cell count was too high, and she was diagnosed with leukemia.

In September 2021 she was admitted to the hospital for minor surgery and started her first chemotherapy.

She had to go through chemotherapy 17 times which made her weak. Therefore, Shikin was admitted to the hospital for the entire month.

Nurashikin had to go through pain, nausea, vomiting, and being unable to swallow food altogether which made her lose weight and become weaker every day.

Doctors stated that she should not miss a single treatment to overcome and treat the disease. We know that this will cost her a huge amount of money and therefore we are reaching out to the general public to join hands with us to provide Shikin with financial support so that she can pay for her treatments.

Today Shikin has to bear the cost of:

Transplant = RM53,000
Chemotherapy 2 cycles = RM46,419
Chemotherapy X 34 times = RM6,800
Sample Bone Marrow Outdoor Testing Laboratory X 2 Cycles =RM2,400

Total to be paid is = RM109,000

Since the family cannot afford the cost of her treatment, they have surrendered all hopes to get help from the public.
