Shaping the Future of Islam in Japan
Muslim population is growing, yet they lack support 😔
There are now approximately 250,000 Muslims across Japan and 90% of them are foreigners.
Our mission is to engage with more local Japanese, especially the youth, to help build a future Japanese Muslim community.
Recognizing the lack of platform for youth to grow as well-rounded Muslims, especially with parents that are busy in Japan’s fast-paced society, many are vulnerable to issues like zina and alcohol.
Tokyo has been chosen for our mission hub!
MYDC Japan will be located in Tokyo, with a focus on supporting youth and new Muslim reverts. Tokyo’s Muslim population stands at 35,513 and our aim is to empower the Muslim youth in this city.
These young individuals will help spread Islam throughout Japan and beyond.

$5 Million Needed to Empower & Brighten the Future of Japanese Muslim Youth!
MyFundAction Youth Development Centre (MYDC) seeks to create a positive environment to nurture youth and new Muslims, shaping the future of Islam in Japan.
This building will provide facilities such as:
✅ A prayer room & learning space
✅ A café as a cultural meeting point and activity area
✅ Meeting rooms for discussions
✅ An open space for youth guidance led by MyFundAction team
✅ A lodging room for reverts (Muallafs) who have been disowned by their families

This center will promote cultural exchange and Islamic learning for both Japanese and revert Muslim in Japan, while creating future youth leader among them.
